Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation
You may cancel your FSpend subscription at any time, no questions asked. Cancellation can be done through your account settings or by contacting us at support@fspend.com.
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle. After your subscription expires, your access to the Service will be suspended.
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds based on the following schedule:

| 15 to 30 days after payment | Pro-rated refund for remaining days |
| After 30 days | No refund (cancel for next cycle) |
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@fspend.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your account email address
- Organization name
- Reason for the refund (optional, helps us improve)
We will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued through Paddle, our payment processor, and will appear on your original payment method.
4. Free Trial
The 30-day free trial does not require a credit card. No payment is collected during the trial period, so no refund is applicable. If you do not subscribe after the trial, your access will simply be suspended.
5. Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., billing errors, service outages), we may offer refunds outside of the standard policy at our discretion. Please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
6. Data After Cancellation
After your subscription expires, your data is retained for 90 days. During this period, you can reactivate your subscription to regain full access. After 90 days, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
